ETF is carrying out several major projects on the RAVI market

ETF, a key player in the field of Industrialized Track Unit Renewal (IRUR), formerly known as VIGIRAIL, has won several major contracts in this strategic sector. This contract, characterised by multi-year consultations over a renewable three-year period, simplifies the acquisition process for customers while encouraging the development of effective skills and methodologies.

For 2024, ETF has distinguished itself by winning five major contracts, consolidating its position as market leader. Here is an overview of the key projects:

In the north-east of Normandy, ETF is mobilising its teams at several strategic sites:

  • At Metz-Sablon, the Est branch, along with the Mechanical Works, Catenary and ETF Services branches, is committed to replacing 10 switches, with two major operations scheduled for November. This work also includes specialist work subcontracted to Térélian (VINCI Construction in France).
  • On the Arras-Dunkirk line, Agence Nord is concentrating on renewing a number of switches and modernising the infrastructure, with work scheduled from early October to late November.
  • Agence Île-de-France is actively involved in modernising the rail infrastructure at Ailly-sur-Noye and Nesle, helping to improve the regional network.

On the Atlantic perimeter, ETF is carrying out modernisation projects at Angoulême station, including the complete renewal of turnouts and other essential network components.

Finally, in the south-east, the La Champenoise team is concentrating on the entrance to Ambérieu-en-Bugey station, a crucial hub in the Rhône-Alpes region, with major works planned from May to October 2024 to optimise rail communications.
